Our Commercial Law department will guide you through all the procedures required by the Commercial Registry for the incorporation of a commercial company, regardless of whether it is the incorporation of a limited company (S.L.), a public limited company (S.A.) or any of the other options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can also advise you on the creation, reform and updating of your company’s articles of association, drafting of your internal regulations and other shareholders’ agreements (agreements adopted between partners within a company).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The minimum share capital necessary for the operation of a company is another complicating factor, because it depends on the type of company and its members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commercial law and remuneration regime<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We study each case and advise on the most appropriate form of remuneration for directors and senior managers, as well as the taxation of international transfers of the latter, always depending on the type of company set up (S.L., S.A., etc.).
